Technology
Absolute Partnership embraces the use of technology both in terms of the investigative process and in order to reduce disruption to the claims process.
Instructions are received, primarily by e-mail or through our partner log-in area, whereby our FTP site allows for easy transfer of instruction files. Thereafter, case progress is available to partners on line through our web site and reports are submitted via our FTP area for printing at the client end. On line status reports are available on demand to Partners.
All digitally transferred data is encrypted and individual documents are sent as PDF's which are password protected.
We use numerous search engines and databases in order to research cases, in addition to our own hunter system to identify trends and repeat data across various claim types and dates.
During interviews, all formal statements are typed on laptop PC at the time and are printed for immediate signing by the claimant or witness. Of course, copy statements are left with the interviewee also.
Digital photographs, video capture files, statements, scanned documents and data files can all be sent via e-mail at the time of interview or as soon as required by our Partners for early decision making.
Basically, we use technology to cut out waste and to provide our partners with accurate reliable information, fast.
