We work closely with our clients in both the private and public sectors across insurance, banking, financial services and law enforcement to ensure that the highest standards of compliance are met and maintained.

We will detect fraud where necessary but our goal is, by prediction, training and preparation, to deter it first and foremost.

Responsible Profit

It is a commercial fact that, to survive and thrive, all businesses need to focus on achieving an operating profit and fulfilling the aims of shareholders.

Nonetheless, there is no need to make excessive profit or to strive for unrealistic goals that can only be achieved by failing to invest in infrastructure and people, or exploiting our staff or our clients. We firmly believe that it is possible to strike a balance between the need of our business to produce responsible profitability while exceeding our client’s expectations by virtue of committed and loyal people wholly in tune with our culture.

Our values are exemplified by our approach to business focus, our people, the environment, and charitable causes:

  • We only do the things that we are good at. We will not be tempted into areas outside of our expertise in the hope of extra turnover.
  • We invest in our staff to ensure that everyone at Absolute is engaged with the business and takes as much as he or she gives. We will continually ensure that our team is diverse and welcomes people of all ages, religions, races and physical abilities without exception.
  • We will take our responsibility towards the environment seriously. We seek to reduce wastage and to ensure that all our processes avoid unnecessary use of finite resources. We will pay to reduce our negative impact on the world in which we all live. This is not just something that we say – it is something that we do.
  • We will support good causes that benefit our local community or support the ideals of our employees and business partners. Business is important to us, it’s what we do, but it isn’t life or death.
